In the written reservation confirmation, we ask you for a down payment. As soon as the payment has reached our account, the reservation is binding.

Payment can also be made by EC-card and credit card (VISA, EUROCARD or MASTERCARD).

Full board starts with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. There is no refund for meals that have not been consumed.

Rooms can be occupied by 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and need to be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

All prices are valid until the publication of the next price list.

Dates for reservation:

During the semester break in Vienna and during the summer holidays, reservations can only be made from Saturday to Saturday (minimum of 7 overnight stays).

On the holidays of Ascension Day, Whitsun, Corpus Christi, the national holiday, and All Saint’s Day, the minimum length of stay is 3 nights.

If available, other dates also can be booked on short notice.
