As an accomplished musician Malcolm would say that he is a drummer first, but as you listen to the way he caresses a story while holding on to the notes of a ballad with care, you will know that he is a very gifted vocalist. MG has played the drums around the world, touring with Jazz, Reggae, Funk, Hip-Hop, and Pop bands. Currently he leads his own Jazz or Jazz-Pop bands where he typically sings; while ocassionally also drumming and singing.

MG was born on the Caribbean Island of Barbados into a family of six girls and one boy; he is the middle child. Before leavin for Canada in the early Eigties he played, recorded, and toured with the popular bands in the Caribbean.
