The warm water of the indoor swimming pool (30 degrees Celsius) provides ideal conditions and a lot of positive effects for treating your whole body. Exercises in the water, also called Aqua Fitness, are a calorie killer and suitable for everybody.

Aerobics:
Lots of music, plenty of rhythm and tons of fun!
Let the music sweep you away and we show you simple choreography combining basic steps of Jazz Dance, Latino and Aerobics. Not too strenuous, but it gets your circulation going and burns some fat.
